Brand experience was amazing and service given by Mr.Srinivasan was excellent, actually i was a bit confused whether to go for Bosh or Siemens, Mr. Srinivasan has equally shared the details of the both brands and on top he was more patient and shared all technical details on washing machine. Though Bosh and Siemens are under one roof I felt Siemens is having more premium than Bosh.

A Premium Showroom Experience with Exceptional Service (Installation Needs Improvement) ​After eight months of rigorous research to find the perfect dishwasher, I narrowed my choice down to Siemens. While most people blindly go with Bosch, my research showed that Siemens is a more premium brand with superior build quality designed to last longer. I can personally vouch for this, having owned a Siemens washing machine that has been running flawlessly for 20 years. ​Finding Siemens products online and locating a physical showroom proved to be quite a challenge. It took multiple phone calls, but the helpful staff at the Siemens Experience Centre eventually guided me to the Alwarpet showroom. ​The effort to find the store was completely worth it, largely thanks to Mr. Sreenivasan. He is kind, humble, genuine, and incredibly knowledgeable—his expertise even covers Siemens appliances dating back to the early 90s. He took a down-to-earth approach, never rushing the process as he thoroughly explained the dishwasher's features. He even went out of his way to offer cookies freshly baked in a Siemens oven, which was a fantastic touch of hospitality. ​Mr. Sreenivasan quoted a very reasonable price for the newly released 2026 Dishwasher, prompting me to make the purchase immediately. Following the sale, he gave a complete showroom tour and walked me through other products that fit my interests. I am already looking forward to doing business with him again to purchase the 2026 Siemens 10kg washing machine once it releases in India. ​The Caveat: Installation Service The only reason this isn't a perfect 5-star review is the post-purchase installation, which was handled by the Bosch team. While the technical installation itself was fine, the service quality fell far below the premium standard set by the Siemens showroom. The manners, behavior, and overall professionalism of the service personnel were subpar. ​Final Verdict: The Alwarpet Siemens showroom is an excellent place to buy premium appliances, and Mr. Sreenivasan is a true asset to the brand. However, I strongly suggest that Siemens establish its own dedicated installation team rather than relying on Bosch, so the premium experience extends all the way into the customer's home.
